Artwork Guidelines for Exceptional Results

At LUXE Impressions, we’re committed to delivering high-quality prints that bring your vision to life. To ensure the best results, please follow these updated artwork guidelines.
To ensure your designs are produced with the highest quality, please adhere to the following modernized artwork guidelines:

Preferred File Formats:

Client Satisfaction Rate

Image Resolution

Optimal Resolution

300 DPI at the final print size.

Minimum Resolution

150 DPI at the final print size.

Note

Low-resolution images may appear pixelated or blurred when printed.

File Setup

Bleed

Include a 0.125-inch bleed on all sides to ensure edge-to-edge printing.

Safe Zone

Keep critical text and design elements at least 0.25 inches away from the edges.

Fonts

Convert all text to outlines or embed fonts to prevent substitution issues.

Color Modes

CMYK

Convert all files to CMYK color mode before submission for accurate color reproduction.

Pantone Colors

If specific Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors are required, we will print the CMYK equivalents as provided by the Pantone bridge.

Color Matching

Available upon request for an additional fee to ensure precise color accuracy.

Design Effects

Minimize the use of gradients, transparencies, and blending effects, as they may not reproduce accurately in large-format prints.
