1. What types of services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of services, including:
- Store Signage: Custom designs for storefronts, barricades, billboards, and window signs.
- Vehicle Graphics: Full and partial vinyl wraps, as well as spot graphics for individual vehicles or entire fleets.
- Banners & Signs: Large format printing for both indoor and outdoor displays, including vinyl and mesh banners, retractable stands, and yard signs.
- Trade Show Displays: Eye-catching graphics for events, ranging from simple banners to comprehensive booth setups.
- Small Format Printing: High-quality prints such as business cards, flyers, brochures, and promotional items.
2. What file formats do you accept for artwork submissions?
We accept the following file formats:
- Preferred: .jpg, .tiff, .png
- Other Accepted Formats: .pdf, .eps (flattened with fonts converted to outlines), .ai (Adobe® Illustrator), .ind (Adobe® InDesign; please package with supporting images and fonts), .psd (Adobe® Photoshop)
3. What resolution should my images be for optimal print quality?
For the best print quality, images should have:
- Optimal Resolution: 300 DPI at the final print size
- Minimum Resolution: 150 DPI at the final print size
Lower resolutions may result in pixelated or blurred prints.
4. How should I set up my files before submission?
Please ensure your files include:
- Bleed: 0.125-inch on all sides for edge-to-edge printing
- Safe Zone: Keep critical text and design elements at least 0.25 inches away from the edges
- Fonts: Convert all text to outlines or embed fonts to prevent substitution issues
5. In which color mode should I submit my files?
All files should be in CMYK color mode for accurate color reproduction. Files submitted in RGB may experience color shifts when printed. If specific Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors are required, we will print the CMYK equivalents as provided by the Pantone bridge. Color matching services are available upon request for an additional fee.
6. How can I submit my artwork files?
Please coordinate with your LUXE representative to receive a project folder link on our shared drive for file uploads. Alternatively, you can email LUXE@luxeimpress.com to request a project folder link. If your company uses specific file transfer software, please provide the download link to your LUXE representative.
7. Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we provide professional installation services for all our products, ensuring your graphics are displayed perfectly, regardless of the project’s size.
